I am very excited to launch…
my new Aromatic Alchemy Apothecary from the beautiful Alchemies Studios nestled in the Bentley Estate in East Sussex. This bespoke personal consultancy service is available in-person and online for anyone who would like physical and/or emotional support and who is drawn to working with the powerful allies of essential oils.
With over 15 years experience as a clinical aromatherapist, studying and teaching at the world-respected Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy, I have also completed a NCFE Level 2 certificate in Counselling Skills to offer a safe space with professional integrity. Working in a similar way to a herbal dispensary, I create aromatherapeutic products to bring you back into balance whilst also offering empathic listening and a steadying hand of support.
Essential oils offer powerful therapeutic actions and compliment the holistic approach I bring to my work. We can focus on physical conditions such as insomnia, (peri)menopausal symptoms, pregnancy discomfort, respiratory or digestive complaints, inflammatory responses as well as tending to the deeper emotional needs such as anxiety, grief, life transitions (illness diagnosis, relationship breakdown, children leaving home, bereavement). I hold a warm, compassionate space to give time to any issues you wish to explore.
I will carefully curate a bespoke blend for you to help bring a sense of strength, nourishment and grounding. Drawing on my knowledge of embodiment practices, I can offer suggestions of self-soothing routines to weave into your daily life and create moments of inner stillness.
An example of bespoke aromatic products could include: nurturing self-massage oil, nourishing lightweight creams, soothing balms and salves, sleep-easy blend, headache balm, aroma sticks, facial mists, clarifying room sprays and calming pillow mists.
