Let the River Flow is an inclusive, nurturing space specialising in clinically evidence based Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Natural Perfumery and the newly launched Aromatic Alchemy Apothecary in Lewes, East Sussex.

Wendy is a highly skilled practitioner whose philosophy is deeply grounded in the embodied awareness of scent, touch and breath as profound sources of nourishment. When we reconnect with Nature and our own innate sensuality we deepen our connection to ourselves, to one another and to the sacred. As we move through Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter our body and emotions go through different immersions and openings. Walking in tune with the rich intelligence of the body and the wisdom of botanical aromatic essences we can learn more about our own natural rhythms and how we can best support ourselves on this intimate journey.  Aromatherapy can replenish and restore, inspire and uplift. Combined with the nurturing touch of massage aromatic plant medicine can be subtly yet deeply transformative.

Wendy offers trauma-informed touch-based therapies with a slow somatic approach to provide the most optimal space for deep relaxation to take place. She holds an inclusive, safe space for those who experience neurodiversity, race-based stress, and is proudly LGBTQAI+ Affirmative.

Wendy is committed to walking gently on the earth and recognises her responsibility as both producer and consumer.  All Let the River Flow products and aromatic blends use only ethically sourced organic or wild-crafted essential oils.
